Minor changes and fixes

• #344 - Fixed an issue where users could get stuck when trying to log out (Page would appear to just keep refreshing)
• #352 - Allow editing of Due Date on invoices

• #353 - Invoices that are sent will now have the 'reply to' field set to the providers primary contact

This release focuses in on a handfull of issues that were recently reported.

• #328 Dashboard - Birthdays entered using the 'New Client Wizard' will no longer be one day off.
• #331 Incidents - Creating an incident will no longer throw an error. Defect was related to B2C Migration.
• #333 Attendance - Creating an attendance record manually will no longer throw an error. Defect was related to B2C Migration.
• #334 Attendance - Show a friendly page instead of an error if there was no attendance.
